We have a reputation for transforming classic vehicles into high-performance, modern machines, and the 1964 Chevrolet Suburban is a prime example. Starting with a rust-free survivor body from the dry desert climate, Pro Performance embarked on a meticulous three-year build, blending classic aesthetics with cutting-edge technology. Under the hood, the Suburban houses a turbocharged 6.0L LS engine, a force-fed beast that effortlessly produces an estimated 645 horsepower. This power is managed by a GM 4L80E overdrive transmission, while a completely custom suspension system with Ridetech control arms and an AccuAir e-Level air management system allows for an adjustable, aggressive stance. The interior is a work of art from Dbomb Interiors, featuring custom-upholstered Snowden bucket seats, a Dakota Digital gauge cluster, and a Vintage Air climate control system, making this custom Suburban the ultimate family cruiser that is equally at home on the open road or a show floor.
For this project, we opted to go with Schott Drift wheels, in a staggered 20x8.5 and 20x10 setup. The titanium center offers a good contrast to the polished outer. We wrapped them in a 245/40 and a 295/35 tire. This provided a classic sport truck look.

With its meticulous suspension system, which masterfully blends modern ride quality and adjustability. This build features a stock chassis outfitted with high-end components, including Ridetech tubular control arms and sway bars for enhanced stability and handling. At the heart of the air suspension is an AccuAir e-Level air management system, giving precise control over the Suburban's ride height with the push of a button. Utilizing React trailing arms and a rear crossmember, further solidifying its ability to handle both power and daily driving with confidence.
