I was shipped a kit for the wrong generation of truck. Order was placed for 88-98 c1500 received kit for 63-72 c10. Was a part number mix up from the manufacturer but expedited the wrong product back to the supplier and my 2 star rating is because of really really slow customer service emailing back and forth with no concrete answer when my correct kit will be shipped to me 14 days after my initial order date but I’m sure the product once I recited will be a 5 star product I hope.
It was a manufacturer mix up, which we dealt with right away, but unfortunately manufacturer was slow in response. That in turn made us respond slow to customer, as we didn't;t want to give false info or make up our own answer by guessing. We did the best we could. Things happen, but manufacturer will correct and is doing that now.
