These T304 stainless steel battery boxes are intended for frame mounting an Antigravity ATX-30 lightweight battery.  However, these battery boxes can be used in any position where surface mounting makes sense.  You can purchase with or without a battery. If purchased together we discount the boxes by $20. Battery and box combined weight is only 9lb.
